COMPENSATION
You agree to compensate the company NT Fitness and Nutrition Pty Ltd (The Lean Body Coach) $500 USD per month by accepting these terms.
I understand that PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
CANCELLATION OF SERVICES: there is no contract, you can cancel any time, please provide us with a 1-month notice.
PAUSING OF SERVICES is allowed for a maximum of 1 month.
DISCLAIMER OF GUARANTEE
Client accepts and agrees that she/he is 100% responsible for her/his progress and results from the Program. Client accepts and agrees that she/he is the one vital element to the Program’s success and that Company cannot control Client and/or Client’s participation.
Client commits to accepting assignments/exercises/sessions presented by Company and, to participate fully for the benefit herself/himself. If the client is unwilling/unable to participate in exercises/assignments/sessions, the contract is terminable at Company’s option without recourse or refund of any kind.
The company makes no representations or guarantees verbally or in writing regarding the performance of this Agreement other than those specifically enumerated herein.
Client accepts that, because of the nature of Company’s services and extent of clients’ participation in the Company’s exercise(s)/recommendation(s), the results experienced by clients significantly vary. Client’s accepts responsibility for such variance.
JURISDICTION CLAUSE
This Agreement is formed in Australia, the principal place of business for Company and this Agreement and the rights of the Parties to this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales. The parties to this agreement submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of New South Wales and the laws from time to time in force in that state.
In the event of a dispute filed in court, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover from the non-prevailing party all of the attorney’s fees and costs incurred during the litigation.
